NEW - Teletherapy appointment
In response to COVID 19 restrictions I am temporarily offering therapy sessions over Zoom. These will be charged at the standard therapy rate of £65 per session. Please see below for what is included in a therapy session.
Initial assessment (£110)
I offer a comprehensive initial assessment session, which includes assessment of your child's communication, discussion with parent, feedback and advice. On request, I can also provide a comprehensive written report, which can be shared with educational settings if parents wish. Please note this will be charged separately at the rate below. Initial assessments are around an hour and a half in length, depending on the nature of your child's difficulties.
Therapy sessions (£65*)
Following an initial assessment, I offer therapy sessions to work on your child's communication targets. Therapy sessions are up to an hour in length, depending on the nature of your child's difficulties, their individual targets, and their level of attention. Included in this time is parent/therapy partner discussion, therapy activities, and time to explain carry over work which should be practised in between sessions.
*A discount of 5% can be applied to bookings of 6 sessions.
Reports (£65 per hour)
I can provide a comprehensive report on request, outlining your child's communication profile and providing advice and strategies for parents and education settings, or to support onward referrals. Time will be rounded up to the nearest half hour.
Meetings with other professionals (£65 per hour)
At your request I can attend meetings with health or education. This will be charged on an hourly basis, and rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.
Training
I can provide tailored training sessions to education settings. Please contact me to discuss individual needs.
Prices from £65 (one hour) to £180 (half day).
Mileage
A mileage cost will added for journeys further than 30 miles from Ringwood. This will be at a rate of 50p per mile.
